Niche Music, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third-party services.
4. App Functionality and Data Accuracy
The App provides social features that allow users to share music, communicate with others, and participate in communities.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content or third-party content displayed in the App.
5. User Interaction and Communication
The App allows users to communicate through messaging and group features.
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Share illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access systems or data not authorized to you
- Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and remove any username or user-generated content that we deem offensive, inappropriate, or infringing on third-party trademarks.
7. User Content
You may post content including messages, text, images, music references, uploaded music, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content on the App, you grant Niche Music, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree that it:
- Does not violate any laws
- Does not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Does not contain harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
8. Music and Copyright
The App may allow users to reference, share, upload, or link to music content.
Niche Music, LLC does not host or distribute copyrighted music files without authorization. Any music content is either:
- Provided by third-party services, or
- Uploaded by users who represent they have the rights to share such content
If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact us for removal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, excluding user-provided content, are owned by Niche Music, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our permission.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niche Music, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.

We may modify or discontinue the App or update these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
